Melted Camembert With Walnuts

This is an easy, cheap and gourmand recipe.


  •       1 little Camembert of 150g from Normandie
  •       15g of walnuts
  •       1 tablespoon of liquid honey
  •       1 country bread ou bread with nuts and raisins

1) Heat the oven at 200°C

2) Remove the paper of the Camembert and put it back in its wooden box. Cover the base of the box with some aluminium paper in order to avoid any leak.

3) Slice the cheese in the center with a sharp knife. Put some crumbled walnuts on the Camembert. Add some honey and put the camembert in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted. 

4) Serve right away with some toasted bread !
