This sheep  "little camembert" is made from carefully selected raw milk, and it is becoming more and more flexible as it matures. Delicate flavors of raw milk affirm themselves with time without becoming too strong.




This cheese is made from raw sheep milk from carefully selected farms. All these farms are practicing sustainable farming and committed, by signing specifications to meet a qualitative approach without silage.
